ValuationExpertWitness.co.uk is a referral service that connects UK solicitors, barristers, and law firms with qualified valuation expert witnesses across all asset types. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Geographic Scope

This service operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We accept enquiries relating to proceedings in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, and to UK-seated arbitration. We do not accept enquiries for valuation expert witness referrals in other countries or for foreign courts, tribunals, or regulatory bodies.

Nature of the Service

When you submit an enquiry, we review your case details and introduce you to an appropriate valuation expert witness. Any engagement with an expert witness is a separate arrangement between you and the expert. We do not guarantee the outcome of any litigation or arbitration proceeding.
